Very clean and well maintained facilities, Everything is nearby and the building itself has restaurants, shops, pool, and other facilities that feels like i don't want to go outside.

Clean, spaciuos and comfortable. Good location in PJ. Checking in was confusing with no clear signs. Room though nice had no coffee or tea or anything. Just a jug which wasn't usable. Nice views fr room. Comfortable with aircon and laundry machine. Good overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The unit was beautiful, very clean, well-maintained and had a luxurious feel. The facilities were excellent too. There are just a few small suggestions that could make the stay even better, such as providing a water dispenser, a jug for preparing drinks, and mirrors in each bedroom, as it would be much more convenient when getting ready. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! 😊

Rating: 1/10 Terrible experience from start to finish. The only positive point is the unit size — it is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 4 toilets. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Cleanliness (3/10) Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I found a pubic hair on one of the towels provided. The living room sofa was dusty and sandy. Shortly after sitting on it, both my helper and my daughter developed insect bites. I contacted the management regarding this issue, but my message was read and ignored. Please also note that this unit provide housekeeping services at additional cost, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided — something future guests should be clearly informed of before booking. Worst Nightmare: Parking & Access Issues Exiting the carpark became an absolute nightmare and wasted over 30 minutes of our time. We checked in late, and the handover of access passes (2 unit access cards and 2 carpark access cards) was handled by the building security as there was no representative available. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier. The next day, when I tried to exit the carpark, the system showed “No entry found.” The intercom was not answered. The hotline provided was unreachable. WhatsApp messages to Lumi Tropicana went unanswered. I had to reverse, park again, and physically walk to the security post to seek help. What made the situation worse was that the security officer confused the carpark access card with the unit access card, despite it being his responsibility to manage these systems. This resulted in further delays and repeated explanations. Eventually, I was informed — only after much back and forth — that only one of the two carpark access cards can be used for exit, and I had to go back up to the unit to retrieve the other card. This entire situation could have been avoided if: Clear instructions had been given during check-in or communicated properly via WhatsApp. Customer support was responsive. Replies were extremely delayed, calls went unanswered, and their on-site station was unmanned. Security staff were properly briefed about the unit access system. Even basic knowledge was lacking, causing unnecessary frustration and time loss. One Credit Where It’s Due I would like to sincerely thank one security officer who safely kept my wife’s phone when it was misplaced at the lobby. That act of honesty is appreciated. Final Thoughts Lumi Tropicana seriously needs to improve their customer support operations, communication, and cleanliness standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, especially for families with children.
