Great hotel to stay in, value for money!

How friendly the staff was, the location was great I was beside two metro stations, there were nice cafes in the area and supermarkets. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean too.

Maybe when there are much people outside it can be a bit noisy and you can here it from inside the room, bit this didn’t happen often.

a thrifty Milan stay not far to the Metro

this is a great place for the casual traveler like me - the listing clearly says "Wi-Fi available in some rooms" so not a surprise that it was not useful in my room at all but I have my phone hotspot which worked fine, also most places these days offer a breakfast but there is none here - I don't usually want it and would rather go to a cafe anyway.

the staff smoke cigarettes a lot standing by the door outside (I guess they are listening for the phone?) I am pretty sure the current Milan smoking ban would apply - they are required to stay 10 meters away

Great value!

Great place to stay when visiting Milan! The room was quiet, air-conditioning worked very well, very comfy bed, shower, everything you need and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for a budget hotel. Metro was very close too in just 7 min walk so it's really easy to reach Milan centre.

I could not have breakfast in the hotel. That said, there are some bars for coffee and a croissant close by. And a large supermarket too. So it was not really an issue. Would definitely come again when I visit Milan!

This hotel is a paradise in every sense. The rooms are smaller, but clean. The bathroom is spacious and always has hot water. The people working in the hotel are friendly and want to help in every way. Most importantly, the area where the hotel is located is quiet and perfect for a vacation.

Good value considering the crazy price you pay in Milan, better than a 3 star but if you want silence not you r place

Location is good, close to metro station and there is parking space (you have to pay)

Unfortunately it’s an old building as almost all the structure in Milan, they make the internal new and conformable but the doors are not soundproof, so it could be very noisy as you can hear everything from the corridor and the reception

very new, quite clean, and well organised. the staff was super professional and nice.

our room was extraordinary small. even the mattress was not a double mattress, maybe a French size. we were at the ground floor and often had people in front of our window. not ideal for privacy.

A great hotel for a great price! Very worth it.

Can't be beat for the price! The rooms were a lot nicer than expected, on par with the rooms for 3x the price we stayed in during the trip. The staff was very friendly. Showers were amazing. The decor in the rooms was really nice and the bathrooms looked new and bright. We were debating between this hotel and a nearby one that was more expensive and this was nicer. Check in and check out were seamless.

The lobby and hallways were underwhelming which is the only star that I'm knocking off, but both were very clean. Some guy was banging on the door to the room next to us and yelling at 11pm, which was not the hotels fault but still not ideal.

This is a very good hotel for a city trip to Milano. 10/10 would book it again if i visit the city

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. During our stay we managed to check-in early with their help, which enabled us to start sightseeing with no time-pressure. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. At the last day we needed to leave our luggage somewhere for several hours before our flight. The staff accommodated this request as well. They even agreed to put our fresh Ravioli con Tartufo in the fridge so that they do not go bad before our flight. This is a very good hotel for a city trip to Milano (near enough to the Duomo - 10-15 minutes by subway).

The walls are a bit thin and you can pretty much hear anything happening in the other rooms. For example if someone snores in the next room, it is like you are there with them. Also the bathroom is pretty small and therefore a bit uncomfortable. Having said that, there is very good water pressure and hot water (which believe you me is not a given in all Italian hotels and cities). All in all, every shortcoming of the room was more than compensated by the firendly staff and cleanliness of the room.

The rooms get cleaned every day. The staff is at the reception around the clock and is helpful regarding any questions you have.

The walls are REALLY thin. You can hear every conversation taking place on the entire room. I witnessed several domestic disputes and it felt like the conversations took place in my room. Bring some ear protection if you want to sleep!

Disappointing

Room at ground floor. There was lots of people next room having something like a party, still after midnight. With a lot of noise, loud conversations with their door wide open and when i complained for the noise at the receptionist he just did nothing about it. So we couldn't sleep. The toilet was clean but uncomfortable. Bad experience. pity.
