Good place

Communication had been great and very helpful people. Location is very good. 24 hours Grocery store just 2 minutes walk. Off road parking can be found on surrounding roads. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bathroom door lock was broken. Needs to be replaced asap.

I would visit again.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my family (5 persons). Location is excellent, close to metro stations, supermarket, pastry shops and a nice italian restaurant which I recommend for everybody. WiFi worked well, room is large enough, kitchen corner is well equipped. The hotel is in a well maintained building. Cleaning is made every other day.

One of the 2 air conditioners didn't work, but the one that worked was enough for us. We used it for heating because it was cold outside. The sofa is very uncomfortable. I had to tuck in two blankets under the middle of the mattress to even it and have a straigth surface.

Great reasonably priced starting point to explore Milan - we recommend it :)

Location was really good, it is in a nice and quite residential neighbourhood, close to San Siro stadium, with real easy access to metro and bus, well connected with important Milan sights (20-30 mins by metro to Duomo and Central station). There is a supermarket right accross the street and other small shops, a great coffee and pastry place just around the corner and even some restaurants, all within a walking distance. We were a bit afraid it would be cold when we first arrived, but we got it warmed up nicely with airconditions. The room was quite spacious for our family of 5.

The room could have been cleaner and it has seen better days. Generally it was the details, but the window curtains were dirty, the shower door handle kept falling off, and sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There is a dishwasher in the room, which is great, but no dishwasher soap, and it is not easy to purchase dishwasher soap for 3 days.

- location could be better - facilities were very very basic - staff a bit complicated for arranging late check in - not fully clean - found hairs and a used hankerchief - without prior announcement, the staff charged a 9EUR cleaning fee for each rooms - bends were not vert comfortable
