Great Hose very informative. Key safe easy to get keys. Very comfortable apartment All facilities available such as Oven, Hob, cutlery, plates etc Shower very good

Not a complaint, but tight to park if in a van (transit size). I managed to park here in the end Does go under but if ladders on roof then these need taking off or unable to access. I needed to do this but ol after that Alternative parking is a long way off as it's mostly permit holders only on the streets No issues for cars but inform host of Reg in advance

Clean and cosy

Bed in front of massive window with outside people to see what’s in the room. No privacy , Entry to the property from car park and not safe location ,with unsafe neighbourhood surrounding

C’est la seconde fois qu’on va dans cet établissement et ce n’est pas par hasard. Il est propre, agréable, proche du centre et du port, en un mot parfait. Si j’habitais Folkestone c’est un appartement comme celui-ci que je voudrais avoir. Il est merveilleusement bien pensé. Merci aux propriétaires. De la literie à la salle de bain en passant par la cuisine et tout l’équipement tout est plus que parfait.

Sincèrement il n’y a aucun point négatif

Great location very clean inside. Great to have a kitchen area and 2 tvs. Nice big window for light and ventilation. Memory foam mattress

No hand soap or shampoo. I had to use dish soap that I found in the cupboard to wash my hands. Shower was clean but didn’t heat up past lukewarm- maybe I didn’t know how to use it? Door to the apartment was a bit sketchy it was difficult to unlock and hard to tell if it was fully bolted at night, I didn’t feel totally safe. I had to ring host the morning of my stay because didn’t receive access details but he was very apologetic and helpful. Car park was incredibly tight and no spaces left for us so we had to park elsewhere. For the money I don’t think it reached the mark.
