Un emplacement au calme, un appartement vraiment bien équipé, un réveil au bruit des vagues lointaines… sans oublier tous les conseils de visite de Marc et son équipe ! Effectivement, pour la Levada Nova, il ne faut pas avoir le vertige ;)

We loved the big terrace with great panoramic view. Also the jacuzzi was a nice luxurious feature. The washing machines and dryers came in handy. The information on their website is more than sufficiënt. You can find all their tips about hiking, restaurants, places you must visit… In case of a problem, Marc is ready to listen and to look for a solution.

We had some problems with the water supply. From te beginning we didn’t had a lot of water pressure in the shower and the water taps. First we thought it was relied on the fact that the facilities on the island are limited. But after several days the pressure decreased untill we had no more water left. It turned out that a member of the maintenance staff had turned off a supply valve, meaning we were running on the reserve water tank. That explained why we had so little pressure and eventually ran out of water once the tank was empty. Ultimately, everything was resolved, and we were able to enjoy an adequate water connection for the last few days.
