About this house rental
New house (Oct 2017) of 200 m2 fully equipped, including:
- 4 bedrooms with bathrooms including 3 suites:
=> Suite n ° 1 (1st floor) with 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 2 dressing rooms + 1 private bathroom with walk-in shower with breathtaking views of the mountain and the sea from the shower, WC . This room has double terrace access with sea and mountain views.
=> Suite No. 2 (1st floor) including 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 1 dressing room + 1 private bathroom with bath, WC.
This room has a terrace access with sea view. This room has an extra bed for one person.
=> Suite No. 3 (1st floor) including 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 1 dressing room + private bathroom with shower cubicle, WC.
This room has a private terrace of 15 m2 with a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountain, the swimming pool below.
=> Bedroom 4 (ground floor) including 1 double bed (140 * 200) + 1 dressing room. The 4th bathroom with toilet is adjacent to the bedroom.
This room has direct access to the swimming pool.
The house is equipped with 2 umbrella beds for babies.
In total the house can contain 8 people + 2 babies.
- A large space of 58 m2 with kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam generator, etc.)
Internet included.
- The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
- The terrace has several garden furniture and deckchairs for your comfort. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue.
- The parking lot can contain up to 5 cars. Electric gate, with video system for opening from the house.
The swimming pool is heated all year round, without any supplement, it measures 8 meters * 4 meters, depth from 1 meter to 1.70 meters.
IMPORTANT NOTE pool heating: The pool is heated by solar panels. We guarantee water at 21 ° if the sunshine is sufficient. In winter (period from Oct to Feb, depending on the weeks, the sunshine may not allow this temperature to be reached)
ATTENTION: YOUNG CHILDREN MUST REMAIN UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THEIR PARENTS.
! NEW! : A blanket was installed in June 2018 to provide families with maximum security for children. No more fear when your children are on the terrace, the blanket can support up to 100kg of load.

The kitchen was stocked better than all other vacation rental houses we have ever stayed in. The hosts were very helpful and courteous. They greeted us when we arrived from the airport and had wine waiting for us. They take hospitality very seriously. Views from the property of the island and the ocean are spectacular. The property is situated so you see beautiful sunsets over the water every night. The place was very clean. It is well stocked with games and plenty of information about activities and adventures and attractions that the island offers. The place is spacious with more than enough room for our party of seven adults. This was the nicest vacation rental property in which we have ever stayed.

OUTSTANDING property! Stunning uninterrupted views of the sea & mountains from every room. Nowhere better to relax than on the terrace with a glass of wine with friends & take in the fabulous views. The villa was so well equipped with everything you could want to an impeccably high standard. Extremely spacious, there were 4 of us but it would still be ideal with 8. Loads of room in the living/dining room as well as the upstairs terrace and pool terrace to lounge around.Our lovely hosts Ricardo & Zhora were fabulous. Ricardo met us on arrival at the villa (despite arriving at night on a Sat) and drove us to the supermarket to stock up pointing out all the sights on route.. We BBQ’d a couple of nights and Ricardo provided us extra wood at a moments notice. Nothing was too much trouble….We had the most fabulous stay. The Villa is in the perfect area of Madeira to explore…. We drove round most of the island (& a day in Porto Santa… well recommended) & concluded there was no better place to be.We will definitely be back. If you want a dream holiday ….. come & stay here.

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly . The villa was beautiful and clean with all amenities . Beautiful views from the pool balcony and great sunsets. Loved it all! 10/10
