On booking.com it was listed as a 2 bedroom house & not a first floor barn conversion. Although we appreciate it is a working farm we we’re surprised at the large amount of sheep that were moved to a field near to the bedroom windows on one of the nights so sleeping was difficult

Excellent location for travelling to local events, fantastic hosts, really good accommodation.

Nancy was very accommodating of me (and others staying at a different house on the same site) needing to store our bags there on the Sunday morning, as we were at a nearby event that ran until 3pm. Absolute pleasure to stay there, and would do again should there be space available there when future events are on!

My accommodation was excellent - particularly appreciated the fan given how hot it was - so there was almost nothing I didn't like! I think the only thing I noticed that could have been different was the addition of decaf coffee sachets to the free tea and coffee, but it's such a minor thing that it wasn't a problem at all.

Lovely stay on working farm in a nice peaceful environment.

Nicely renovated property on a farm, very quiet and peaceful. we were there for British Superbikes and walked to the track and back which is not too far but a little dangerous as the bank is quite narrow in places. Rooms are well equipped and the cookies were a nice surprise. The views across the countryside are lovely too.

No soundproofing. v noisy above us, we could hear conversations as if in the same room. No private areas to sit outside it felt v exposed we closed the blinds.

This is a great location for Silverstone. Free parking and only 35 minutes walk from the track. The accommodation is on a lovely quiet farm and the owners are very friendly.

Lacking outside seating area. There is one large outdoor table and benches for about five apartments. It would look better if the inner courtyard was transformed into a seating area.

superb accommodation & the owners were excellent

Superb renovation on a working farm! really comfy & well decorated! All facilities in excellent order with a well stocked bathroom & kitchen! lovely views in beautiful countryside! we traveled about 4 miles to a local pub in Buckingham- The Wool Pack! fantastic food at a great price! Well worth the visit although the parking for the pub is hit & miss! we definitely plan to return!

I do a lot of travelling for work and racing and this was without a doubt the best place I’ve stayed at, great property, great views and Nancy was absolutely lovely, highly recommended
