Gav Los Remedios

The two bedroom apartment was an excellent location and the apartment itself a great value for Ronda. Two bedrooms were two bathrooms was exceptional for traveling through Spain.

The Wi-Fi connection is not the best. Other than that, we like the property very much.

The location and the size was remarkable, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The extra blankets were great.

The apartment needs more bath towels ( for 4 people) kitchen drying towels, and a dish draining rack. It would be lovely for the kitchen to have some bigger pots for cooking for a family of four. The living room could have had an extra chair for a family of four. There needs to be a Parmesan grader :)

Fantastic location, beautiful Apartment

Location

Location very good for exploring on foot, but car has to be garaged roughly 300 meters away and very difficult to locate on arrival.

We came back to the appartment having been out for the day and found a huge puddle of water on the floor in the bedroom. We had left clothes on the floor ready to be washed that were absolutely soaked and two suitcases also absolutely soaked. One of the suitcases was soaked through spoiling the suitcase and some of the contents, ( Playing cards, a book and other clothes). We could not find where the water had come from, the window was closed, and it looked as though the water had come from under the wardrobe. We contacted the owner of the apartment, they sent a receptionist to look at it. She looked at it and took photographs of it and left. The owner told us that the maintenance man had gone home and that " given the amount of rain it was not suprising that rain had gotten in " The owner also wondered why we needed them to come and see the damage the water had done. We spent a lot of time mopping up the water, dealing with the wet clothes and wrecked suitcase, The owner did not bother to send a maintenance man round the next day either and we spent some time removing a large wedge of toilet paper from the drain cover in the courtyard which was not there when we arrived so must have washed down the drain pipe during the rain. we cleared away a large amount of bird droppings and cigarette ends that were spread all over the courtyard and flushed them down the drain. The gutter above the bedroom window still overflows when it rains so the it must still have something obstructing it. When we explained all of this to the owner this is the reply we received, " We regret what happened and have taken note of it"
