Staff and location

Nothing much to say against it but sound proofing could add some extra benefit for the guests.

Close to centre and the staff are always helpful and friendly, especially, both day and night receptionists.

Minor damage on my room’s wall - but reported to be sorted.

Firat was the highlight of my trip, made everything seamless and gave us many tips on what to do and see in the area, cheers firat

The room is well equipped. It's visible the furniture is older and used but that's okay considering the price and location. In the kitchen there's enough dishes even tho they mismatch. Maybe a glass or two extra would be nice. It's on a quiet street but not far from bus stops, taxi stops or for walking around the sea side. Low price so we could travel around the city more.

I don't think our floor was at least once swept during cleaning. There was no hanger for laundry in the room. The staff let us hang the laundry outside on their hangers until we "find a solution" ourselves. We could see the bedsheets just laying around on the ground full of cigarette ash and cat excrements. One day the hot water didn't run in our room so we went to ask about it and were told by the staff to not complain. Out of the all receptionists only one guy was nice and helpfull. Others were either clueless about the hotel or very arrogant towards us.
