Nice cosy simple apartment. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The fridge is extremely small! You cannot put more than 2 bottles of water in it. The neighbor house is horrible!

Perfect for relaxing night away

Hostess very helpful and communicative. Apartment clean and comfortable in a quiet area.

Only slight downside was the boiler is small considering there is the jacuzzi. But it is possible to fill

A perfect solution for a couple.

The location is almost perfect, you can reach the city center - townhall - within 15 minutes by walk. There is always a parking space near the building. The appartment is small, but quite enough for 2 persons. And the jacuzzi is a good extra.

The building is so new, that the groundflour and the surrounding is stil under arrangement. However it is does not make any inconvience.

Avoid this place

The room was sufficiently clean.

We had to wait for 15 until the owner came and she just gave us the key, took our money and didn't even offer to show us the place, and with a good reason. The room is way smaller than it appears on the pictures. It's also located in an unfinished building (there's literally construction still going on) which makes the price completely unreasonable. The bed sheets were of pretty poor quality. We paid about 45 euros for a one night stay with a check out at 11 am. We arrived at 9 pm which means that we could only be there for 10 hours which with all thing considered makes this an awful deal. Definitely not recommend, you can find much bigger places (in finished buildings) closer to the centre with more flexible check out hours for a lot less money.

Novogradnja koja nije sasvim završena. Ono što nije ogledalo apartmana, ali kvari utisak, je da sama zgrada ne odaje najbolji utisak, curi voda po hodničkim zidovima, okrnjeni su zidovi, vise kablovi. Zao mi je , to mi je struka. Vrata se ne otključavaju najbolje, mora uz uputstvo vlasnice da se cima ključ i brava tamo-ovamo, da bi se vrata otvorila. Pogled sa terase, a ujedno i iz kreveta, (jer je isti - blizu velikih/širokih balkonskih vrata), je divan - studio je na poslednjem, 5. spratu, pa nema objekata za sada ispred koji bi zaklanjali pogled. Iako ga zovu soba (room) na Booking.com, ovo je ipak studio sa kuhinjom tj. garsonjera, što je veliki plus. Objekat poseduje lift, što je prednost jer je studio na poslednjem spratu. Poseduje osnovno što je potrebno za kratak boravak - kupka, šećer, so, kafe-aparat..., ali većina teglica je u kuhinji prazna i samo zbunjuje korisnike. Potrebno je dodati i neku veću šoljicu za kafu, od one najmanje za espesso. I mi smo imali problem sa kanalima na TV-u, potrebno je da se ulogujete na sopstveni Google nalog (ako ga imate), jer nema kablovske TV, već samo možete da gledate trenutni program ili Youtube . Nema dostupnog Netflix naloga, ali svakako bi trebalo obezbediti gledanje TV kanala po želji ako već postoji TV u smeštaju - ostaviti uputstvo za korisnike. Sve ostalo je zaista veoma pristojno.

Kada biram smeštaj za naša putovanja, najvažnija stvar je urednost. Ovo je moderno uređen, izuzetno čist stan, sa vrlo udobnim krevetom i jacuzijem za dodatno opuštanje. Vlasnici su vodili računa o svakom detalju, uradili su sve da se u ovom prostoru osećate prijatno i dobrodošlo. Komunikacija je bila jednostavna i laka. Do samog centra grada je autom potrebno svega 2-3 minuta, a peške manje od 10. Naš boravak u Subotici je bio kratak, ali ovaj stan bih sigurno odabrala i za duži boravak u ovom prelepom gradu.

Sve je na svom mestu što se tiče apartmana udoban lepo opremljen i nadam se opet dolasku i preporučila bi svakom
