Recommended for space and cleanliness

Size of the apartment and cleanliness was exceptional. Good standard. All windows had outside sunscreens. Good AC. A super washer/dryer machine in the bathroom were at our disposal. We called the owner to arrange an early arrival and he met us there.

Not important to us but apartment did not include all the things that were listet on booking web page such as iron, iron facilities, minibar, wine and so on.. Not the best beds in the world but for the price it was a good value

Wonderful stay in Subotica

Everything 😊 The apartment deserves the real name Komfor Premium. It was so clean and contains all needed facilities even for the long stay. The owner of the apartment was very kind and professional at every way. Thank for the wonderful stay and I hope that we will visit you again.

Very spacious apartment, near to the city center, clean and well decorated.

I missed a coffee machine, an oven and an enclosed parking space for perfect ten score, but it is still an enormous value for the price!

Excellent place to stay in centre of Subotica

The apartment is localized not far from the very centre of Subotica, maybe 5-10 min. walk to the central square with a fountain. We found a free parking space on the street in front of the house. Apartment had lots of space and was recently renovated. Everything was clean. Everything we needed was in place. Wifi worked very well.

The apartment was great, big, clean and very comfortable. Location is super very close to the city center but it is in a quiet district so you can take a rest. The owner was very helpful.

Subotica ITF tennis tournament

Perfect stay. We participated in a tennis tournament in Subotica. The place is perfect. Central location, close to the tennis courts. I would certainly recommend Komfor premium! We will be back. Keep up the good work!
