After booking, I was told to bring my own towels due to COVID. Since I was coming from a different country this would have to be purchased on site or in my luggage. This was not in the apartment description. COVID was five years ago. When asked if this was a mistake, I was left was no response. Tried to cancel reservation but was ignored. Upon arrival, the street in the intro message was incorrect. The city changed the street name but the Booking.com host did not update his intro message or his photo to show the change. The photo appeared to be pulled from Google and not taken by the host. Upon arrival, it feels as if you're in the wrong place. The lock box code provided was incorrect. After trying a different generic code on our own, we were able to open the lock box. Inside, there was a key with a different letter than the one indicated in the intro message. The Booking host said to use the different lettered key. This experience felt like a fraudulent one since material facts kept changing after the fact. I reported it to Booking. They said only the host could cancel the booking and refund me my money. The host refused cancellation multiple times and barely responded to questions. Booking provided lip service but did not actually help. I booked another lodging nearby and highly recommend you do the same.

OK value for money at a very central location, but price is also representative of standard

Excellent location, pretty close to Legoland and right next to a grocery store and a great italian restaurant. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Kitchen was OK, everything you needed for simple cooking. Very easy to park, plenty of space, free and right next to building. Clean inside.

didn't get any wifi code even though it said it was included. Host did not respond to message sent via booking.com. Street address of building had changed, but this was not informed about in the communication, so it was a bit hard to know we were at the right house (but Google Maps did send us to the right place). Bathroom was a bit moldy. Ventilation in the apartment is not good, so you need to keep the windows open to keep it fresh. They need to clean the little garden porch outside the living room, covered in bird poop.

Almost Perfect considering the price.

There is enough space for us all, and we almost had everything we needed. The kids had Lego to play with, and we had enough bed to sleep on. The location is perfect, and the supermarket is just the next building.

There was no television, the first time I stayed in an apartment without a TV. The toilet and bathroom need serious renovation cos every time you take a bath, you will need to clean the floor, and no towels were provided for that.

A very buggy stay

Not much honestly, i guess it was a good size and well heated throughout. Beds were ok. Cutlery and dishes were clean.

The bathroom had a silverfish infestation, which is even worse considering the shower is a walk in. The property was quite hard to find, we had bothered quite a few people before finding out which one is the right door. Tried calling the staff yet no one answered.

The apartment played a big role in our overall very pleasant stay in Billund.

I liked the apartment for it's coziness and we had enough room for our family of five. It was clean and easy to access, with a big yard where children could play. The stores were really near and supplying food was easy, there were enough dishes to prepare the food.

The chairs at the dining table were a bit dangerous as they were folding chairs and they wanted to fold up right when you started to sit on them. We changed the chairs with the ones on the terrace, these were very stable and not foldable.

The proximity to the attractions in Billund

The host is not available to communicate with before or during our stay. We were a family of 4 but there weren't enough bowls for us. Facilities very limited. There was a note to leave the kitchen clean but no facilities to clean the kitchen! The place was full of cob webs and spiders. Very disappointed. Beds very uncomfortable.

I'll be back in billund, but not in these apartments.

The only good thing is its position, you can literally walk everywhere from there... and you actually should!

There was no toilet paper, no internet connection (in the description it's written that there is wifi, but if it has no internet it's completeley useless) no towels, no bed sheets even if it was not described or announced and the landlords never answered to our communication asking to sort out these problems and they knew we were arriving by plane and with limited luggage. The flat is plenty of rubbish, and the apartment doesn't look that clean either.

Príjemná poloha v centre. Ubytovateľ komunikoval promptne pri problémoch so self-check in, funkčná wifi.

Nedostatočné označenie ubytovania a zima v apartmáne. Zapli sme po príchode kúrenie, ale trvalo veľmi dlho kým sa apartmán vykúril. Pri večernej žiadosti o zmenu apartmánu ubytovateľ nekomunikoval, ale až o niekoľko hodín neskôr na ďalší deň. Komfort ubytovania veľmi podpriemerný.
