    I had an excellent stay at Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. The location is simply unbeatable—it's just a minute or two from Oshiage Station and only a short walk to Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Solamachi, where you'll find countless restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The station also offers convenient direct access to both Narita and Haneda Airports, making arrival and departure incredibly easy. The room was a wonderful surprise. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo at a similar price point, it felt almost twice the size, with enough space to comfortably open large suitcases without feeling cramped. Everything was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. One of my favourite features was the rooftop terrace, which offers an amazing, unobstructed view of Tokyo Skytree—especially beautiful after sunset when it's illuminated. The customer service team was consistently warm, professional, and welcoming. Every interaction made me feel genuinely well looked after. I also appreciated the generous self-service amenities available in the lobby. Guests can help themselves to complimentary facial masks, bath salts, facial cleanser, moisturizing milk, facial cream, disposable toothbrush sets, and many other thoughtful essentials. These little touches really elevated the overall experience. There was even a luggage scale available, which was incredibly useful before heading to the airport. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Spacious rooms, an outstanding location, spectacular Skytree views, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional hospitality make it one of the best-value hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

    Our room was larger than usual suites in Japan. The bathroom was spacious with smart toilet bowl. Shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel smelled good. Breakfast was buffet with wider selection than usual hotels. We had a direct view of the Skytree and a nearby mall.😍☺️

    The room and facilities were excellent. My favorite parts of the stay were the buffet breakfast and the Skytree view, which was an unexpected surprise.

    Overall very satisfied with this hotel and good location. Easy to access train or subway. Shopping area and food court . Staff very helpful although their english not so compare to others country. However they still able to answer all questions while asking.
