    I was pleasantly surprised by basically everything about this hotel- particularly the excellent variety of free bread and coffee/ drinks. Staff was very helpful and spoke pretty good English as well. Will definitely stay again.

    Very disappointed with the cleanliness and moisture issues.Staying on the 6th floor, the hygiene standards here definitely leave a lot to be desired. The room felt damp the moment I walked in, though thankfully without any odor. I immediately turned on the air conditioning. Soon after, I spotted tiny bugs crawling on the tissue paper on the table. It turned out to be moisture bugs, which were also crawling on the headboard cabinet and inside the storage unit just outside the bathroom. The worst part was opening a fresh towel and finding a long hair inside. The cleanliness is unacceptable.
