L'accueil (en français) de l'hôte, très sympathique et la personne pour les petits déjeuners aussi La localisation, un peu excentré mais tout est facile d'accès, quartier plutôt calme Le petit déjeuner - composé uniquement de gâteaux et boissons sucrées - fait maison pour les gâteaux mais un peu sommaire (cependant ce fut le cas dans toute l'Italie)
La chambre jaune est plutôt décevante, forte odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain qui mérite des rafraîchissements Nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre (particulièrement de la salle de bain), et le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour - a contrario des autres chambres OK pour un séjour d'une nuit mais évitez si c'est un long séjour pour des vacances (ou en tout cas cette chambre, les autres avaient l'air mieux!). Coupure de courant pendant 2h dans le quartier - pas de la faute du propriétaire mais visiblement déjà arrivé dans le coin !
