Amazing Tropical Condo with Complimentary Beach Chairs and Umbrellas - Unit 0706
Beautifully decorated and updated, two bedroom, two bath condo on the seventh floor. This unit has been fully updated! The living room has all new leather furniture with new tables and oversized rug over luxury vinyl flooring. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress (2024) and private bathroom with custom shower, and laundry room. The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed with a full bath. There is also a daybed off the dining room. Huge 9x40 balcony with plenty of seating and lounge chairs to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views and spectacular sunsets.

By far the best condo we have stayed in for about 25 years.The complex is well kept and the condo is beautifully decorated and just a great place to stay,we would highly recommend renting from Gulfcrest Condos

We have been staying at Gulf Crest for last 8 years. We love location, condos and staff. However, last year they added security guards and only time we interact is in the pool area. We weren’t at the pool much last year but this year we used the pool and hot tub area more. The security guard on sure during the day needs some training on dealing with people. One example is wind was blowing pretty good and she walked from table to table putting the umbrellas down without speaking a word to the people sitting at the tables. All were full but one and the last came back and put her umbrella up not know the guard had put it down. The guard marched over and without a word it down then marched off with the lady looking in dismay. As the guard marched off, one of our family had a cigarette ready to go smoke and the guard pointed her finger at her almost touching her and said don’t smoke that in here. This was 2 days before we left so our person as all of knew the rules. We are adults and understood the rules and pay a lot to stay there and as I spoke with other guests we had come to know over the years felt the same, no one appreciates being talked down to or treated like children. Again training and don’t over step. Also same guard was not sure what to do when there was a fire in the condo next to us and we were outside waiting on firemen.

We had the lucky experience of getting to stay in this unit when we decided on the dates for our vacation stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and everything you could every need was in this unit’s kitchen. The interior is decorated so that is so appeasing in someone’s taste and it made you feel like you were at home in a really nice place. The beds slept good and there was plenty of furniture inside and outside of the unit. We did have a little trouble keeping our parking spot since someone else seemed to enjoy the convenient location as much as we did on the bottom floor. We never complained since we had a handicapped parking tag though. The location and possibly the dates we decided on made the unit the very quiet and we had the opportunity to try out a lots of tv channels which was really nice at night. The shower in the master bath is really pretty and the laundry room was very organized for all of the household and laundry products. We really lucked out on this selection and would recommend it to anyone that can just walk in and enjoy their stay! We love the new tile around the pool and the extension of showers and space at the showers coming off the beach was a nice surprise. The parking decked had been pressured wash and was really clean also.
