Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a king bed, a pull out sofa bed, and built in twin bunk beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure.

You can't even imagine the looks and feel of this condo. It is like being in your own home and someone came in and decorated everything just like you wanted and it is beautiful. The unit is designed and decorated like no other and it makes you feel good just being there and then you have those beautiful views. Someone went to a lot of trouble to offer you a wonderful stay in the bedding and furniture. It was wonderful to just be there but all the extras that have been done made you feel like you have had a luxury vacation. Thanks so much!

We visited for Thunder Beach 2022. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, amazing location, the staff was accommodating, the elevators were clean and fast, the parking was managed well. We will be coming back every year and plan to stay in 1604.

The perfect beach rental in PCB. Gorgeous views from an upscale condo. Great location. Tastefully decorated and comfortable for our family of 4. Heated pond convenient beach access were amazing.

We had an excellent time in 1604. We had a few hick ups with the freezer not working, but was quickly replaced and trouble with the door lock, but was also an easy fix. We have stayed at Gulf Crest for 2 years now and will definitely be back!
