Accogliente, pulita, posto tranquillo, un fine settimana rilassante.
C'è tutto l'occorrente...phon, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per caffè con cialde, aspirapolvere, bicchieri, piatti, asciugamani. Dista a meno di 1 km dalla spiaggia libera di Capratica. Grazie per la bottiglia d'acqua nel frigorifero 😊

Accoglienza e disponibilità di Alessio. Presenza di 2 camere e 2 bagni, uno dei quali in camera, ottimo per 2 coppie. Spazio esterno con tavolino, comodo per la colazione. Posto auto. Il mare a pochi minuti di auto.
Casa poco luminosa. Il we che siamo stati noi la quiete del posto, molto apprezzata, è stata disturbata purtroppo per alcune ore del mattino dal rumore del tagliaerba. Sarebbe opportuno che questi lavori venissero fatti in altri orari.

The country location was quiet and relaxing. You do need a car to get there but you can contact the property like we did and make transport arrangements. We didn't have a car, came from Rome by train. Alessio was helpful in picking us up in Sperlonga and taking us to the train, when we checked out, in Fondi. The rooms were good size, the bathrooms were very clean and the whole apartment, with the front porch, was very nice. Highly recommend the property.
