A very well specified modern spacious apartment with excellent cooking and washing facilities. There is a barbecue . There is a washing machine although the instructions for use might be a little challenging. We got it working though.

There is very little to dislike about this well designed spacious modern apartment.

Review The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised. It met our expectations and could have deserved an excellent review.

Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the person in charge of welcoming guests. At first, he kindly encouraged me to park my car in a parking area without mentioning any costs. After I had already left the car there, he explained that the parking belonged to a friend of his and told me not to worry about the price because he would “do me a favor.” The next day, since the parking was very far from the apartment, I preferred to pay for the single night and move my car to a more convenient location. To my surprise, I was told I had to pay much more than close park “Toscano.” When I politely asked for an explanation, his attitude immediately changed. He became aggressive, disrespectful, and used offensive language towards me. Such behavior is completely unacceptable from someone whose role is to welcome and assist guests. Of course, I paid what was requested and simply decided to leave, as I did not want to continue a discussion in such an unpleasant atmosphere. This situation highlighted a very different style of hospitality from the one we value: instead of transparency, courtesy, and respect, I experienced pressure, arrogance, and an attitude that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This unpleasant attitude, AND NOT THE UNEXPECTED COST, unfortunately ruined the peaceful atmosphere of our family vacation. It is a real shame because the apartment itself is excellent, but hospitality is not only about the property — it is also about how guests are treated.
