Residenza Ottaviano Boutique Apartments

The boutique apartment was in a fantastic location , close to restaurants and the beach. Quiet and comfortable space. Our hosts were very helpful with anything that we needed. A wonderful first visit to Sperlonga.

The steep narrow stairs to get into the apartment were quite challenging with two large suitcases. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

It was very clean, new, and completely curated by the owner. Her artwork which is beautiful was present throughout the apartment and I truly felt like I was in Sperlonga at the beach. It really made the vacation wonderful because there was so much beauty outside to enjoy while incredible beauty and taste inside the apartment. Everything was very modern and easy to use. The location was excellent - right in the center but also quiet as it didn’t face the Main Street. I enjoyed it so much.

Nothing bad to report

Emanuela is a super host. Our train was late and she helped find a driver to fetch us. She brought extra coffee and was overall super responsive and kind. The flat was very clean and well equiped. Thr location is perfect. It's right on the piazza but it's quiet inside. Ideal! Also an easy walk down to the beach.

Nothing. Flat is just like the photos.
