We had some issues with heating and shower but once staff were notified they sorted it for us very quickly

The location was great, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the room facilities need improvement! Especially the Jacuzzi, which was included in the room and was extremely difficult to use! Even though the landlord came to check it once during our six-day stay, the Jacuzzi function still wouldn't turn on! We only used it once during the entire six days! In the end, the landlord was only willing to refund €60… I hope you can prioritize your Jacuzzi feature! We booked your room specifically because of this feature, but it was indeed a bit disappointing. We'll even proactively replace the remote control battery for you! However, please make sure you fix the Jacuzzi and don't disappoint us again!, wish you Happy New Year…..

il letto era molto comodo, la stanza molto grande e curata, ho apprezzato la macchina del caffè con le cialde e la posizione era abbastanza buona.

IL BAGNO È FUORI DALLA STANZA. Con grande stupore, quando sono arrivava (non mi pare fosse segnalato) ho preso atto che il bagno - pur privato - era al di fuori della stanza e per arrivarci si doveva passare per il corridoio comune. Peraltro il bagno era privo di chiave e si chiudeva solo dall’interno motivo per il quale non so se qualcun altro possa averlo usato e chiaramente non ho potuto lasciare nulla al suo interno. Inoltre per fare il check in alle 16:00 (dunque in pieno orario) nessuno dello staff poteva accogliermi e sono stata costretta ad andare a recuperare le chiavi in un posto distanze 20 minuti a piedi dalla casa: ho quindi fatto sotto al sole 20 minuti ad andare e 20 minuti a tornare con i bagagli. La porta della stanza ha la serratura rotta e quindi non solo la chiave si inceppa ma si deve necessariamente dare il giro di chiave altrimenti la porta, se chiusa normalmente, si spalanca. Il prezzo che ho pagato per una persona è di 220€ a notte circa…francamente un po’ alto per i servizi
