Next to the Wawel Castle

Good value for money, nice location and spacious flat.

The was a funny smell in the flat in living area, once I located and bagged it the room smelled much better. The showers in both bathrooms don’t work as it should be, the wi-fi was only available for first day, what was frustrating as we nearly miss our trip next day. I contact the owner but issue want been solved.

I loved that place. Great location. Quiet. Close to Wawel. Close to Old Town. Close to tram #2 to take you to Main Train or Bus Station. 2 bathroom was a plus. It was 6 of us and we were very comfortable. Beds and sleeper sofa were comfortable. Closet space was awesome. I recommend it.

When taking a bath we couldn't navigate the water temperature. Steep and narrow stairs not for elderly.

it was close to old town. about 10 minute walk. host was helpful an we were given apartment code an directions at 3pm. apartment had heating and air con. washing machine and dishwasher. one en-suite bedroom one with a bathroom opposite so perfect for us. 2nd floor up so felt secure.

wasn’t clean, lots of cobwebs, needle heads in the bathroom. one side table in bedroom was full of chewing gum an rubbish not many kitchen equipment so couldn’t do much self catering if you wanted too no kitchen towel etc.

Location was great - size of apartment was good and very quiet/safe district

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS WITH ALL THE NICE THINGS IN THEM! Bedding was bad - cushions inside pillow cases so not big enough for bed, towels were totally inadequate - were left in plastic bag near front door and were still wet from washing! one of the 'bath' towels for an adult was the size of a hand towel at most so unusable as a bath towel. Dark hairs left in bath (I have blonde hair so were NOT mine!) dust and hairs under beds, no cushions on sofa, no corkscrew/can opener/most utensils (see pic) very bare and sparse. Unbelievably only one curtain in one bedroom which didnt cover the window so we had to use a damp sheet which was hanging up to dry in a wardrobe (see pic) - we did ask about this to the owner who said it was in the apartment and she would ask the cleaner - nothing came of this so we left the sheet up (see picture) - someone had mentioned this before so the owner was aware. No extra bedding at all. very little in the way of extras like hand wash in the kitchen, shower gel (none)This could be a lovely apartment with a little thought and I see from reviews that the owner is aware of these things but chooses to ignore reviews - sad really. I travel a lot and this place for location and space was lovely but totally let down by lack of any comforts. I cant understand the good reviews about the apartment inside - it was entirely disappointing. The pictures on the site show so much more than there is in the apartment from curtains, bedding (pillows - not one single full one there!) and towels, also tables, chairs in bedrooms - NONE OF ANY OF THEM!
