Comfortable, quiet apartment in a super location with lift access BUT not accessible access from the front door of the building (there are several steps). I have stayed before and will book again on my next visit to Krakow.

Lage - sehr zentral in Krakau
Sauberkeit des Appartments (sehr wahr sehr schmutzig, wir mussten sogar den Staubsauger leeren, da er so voll war, das er kaum funktionierte) - bekamen eine Rückerstattung von 20 Euro was ein Witz ist,
Sicherheit - Appartment stand offen, Schlüssel war bei Entnahme aus dem Keysafe so verbogen, das er kaum bis garnicht schloss,
Kommunikation mit Homeprime - auf deutsche eMails reagierten sie garnicht, nur auf englische Kommunikation via Booking. Und wir mussten alles mit Videos und Fotos mehrfach beweisen. Selbst der Austausch des verbogenen Schlüssels dauerte 3 Tage mit mehrfachen Rückfragen und Videobeweisen.
