Apartament bardzo dobrze położony - przy "deptakowym" fragmencie ulicy Krupniczej, bardzo blisko Plant i Starego Miasta. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie dużo lokali gastronomicznych. Wewnątrz odpowiednie wyposażenie i dobre wifi. Gdyby ktoś potrzebował w łazience jest pralka (nie korzystaliśmy).
Trochę brakowało klimatyzacji, zwłaszcza, że trafiliśmy na wysokie temperatury. W nocy momentami dość głośno na klatce schodowej, gdy sąsiedzi wracali z imprez, ale do przeżycia.
