the room didn’t have aircon or a fan and it got extremely hot at nighttime. we asked for a fan in the end and were provided one but it was brand new out of the box

Great location, would definitely stay here again. Needs more cleaning supply if I’m staying for a longer period of time.

Good location, always felt safe as you need an access card and the streets felt safe too. Close to public transportation and had a place to work and had convenience stores nearby.

We stayed for over a week and it was starting to get dirty. We asked for cleaning supplies but never got the broom nor a mop to clean for ourselves. Needs a larger/longer mirror outside the bathroom. We had to ask for towels to have in the kitchen as there were no drying racks nor a towel to dry hands. We also had to ask for a fan as it got hot at night.

Stay for location but value is not worth it.

The security was warm and friendly everyday. My keys stopped working midway and I had to have security allow me entrance and exit every time I needed to leave the property. I had to manage around availability of security for this instead of simply re-activating the card so I could move as I pleased.

The good: - Location - Gym and rooftop access - Great hot showers The bad: - The queen bed is not as advertised. It was a full size mattress on a queen size bed frame. That's not a queen bed. - None of the cookware in the apmts ever worked for the stovetops upon arrival. New ones always needed to be sent. - Microwaves are placed too high for the cleaning crew to reach to clean. Both were filthy upon arrival. - Microwaves working ability was inconsistent. One worked in one apmt and the other did not in a different apmt. - The silverware was not consistent. There was never enough for a full set. - The appliances were not consistent. Kitchen appliances in one apmt were never offered in another. - Kitchen amenities were not consistent. Washing liquid in one with drying rack and none in another. - Amenity kits were not consistent. One apmt had toothbrush but no paste and other apmt had none, few towels. - Smoking allowed in the apmts. It never seemed to be managed and had to place towels under my doors countless times to limit the smoke from getting into my apmt. - No manuals or instructions to inform use of appliances.

El departamento es super completo, el acceso rápido, siempre hay un personal en recepción muy amable, cuenta con televisión Smart con acceso a diversas plataformas

No hay reposición de papel automático, debe solicitarse además que la basura tampoco la reciben, si hubiera esa posibilidad de servicio de limpieza sería más genial aún

Es bonito, cómodo y puede ser un lugar de estancia si te quieres quedar más de 1 día ya que tienen cocina pequeña

Es cómodo, buena ubicación cerca de lugares para ir a desayunar y buena zona

Decía que incluía el desayuno y al momento de preguntar al personal dijeron que no sabían acerca de eso. También no tienen ningún tipo de ventilación más que los ventanales, nos tocó una habitación con vista a la calle y terraza pero no se como serán las demás habitaciones

Proximidade com aeroporto, e as janelas tem que ficar abertas por conta da falta de ar condicionado. Então você dorme com barulho do ventilador e do avião.

El policía de recepción muy grosero y de cierta manera sentimos un poco de discriminación. llegamos muy temprano y como que no conviene que el check in sea a las 3pm toma en cuenta ese detalle por si llegas antes.
