Oggettivamente abbiamo trovato la camera un po’ sporca (piuttosto impolverata). La colazione offerta all’ultimo piano è decisamente migliorabile in termini di qualità e quantità dell’offerta

Great value, the place is beautiful, beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with items. Hosts are responsive and friendly, it is easy to enter the place using the code and card. Would recommend

Perhaps it would be good to have some images or videos of where the breakfast and other amenities are, I found them quickly, but they were not obvious to find

Gorgeous room, very clean, great location, easy to get in. We checked in at 2am and it wasn't an issue. The staff were communicative by Whatsapp so if we needed something, we could send a message. The location is fantastic. We loved staying in La Condesa and here we had access to a million restaurants and cafes, a short walk to the Metro, immediate access to bus and bike-share (Eco Bici - a great way to get around).

The noise of the building is significant and was the only serious downside to this choice of accommodation. You can hear movements in the rooms beside and above you, so ear plugs are a MUST for a sound sleep. There is no front-desk staff so it feels less warm and welcoming than a hotel that does. I would have appreciated a filtered water refill station but there wasn't one. The tiny pool (open for 4 hours a day in the afternoon) is a nice bonus but it is neither a pool nor a hot tub, really - I think the water might be slightly heated, and is certainly heated by the sun, so at times it was refreshing and at times it was warming. Its size is for 2-3 people. The basic continental breakfast is nice if you need it, but is only available Monday to Friday, so just be aware of that. There are incredible breakfast places around the hotel too.
