The downsides of a shared Airbnb without any of the benefits

Location

- Very small apartment, you can hear everything from the other rooms. - Wifi wasn't working the second day - No access to the gym as advertised on the website. - No water provided, no water filter, no coffee, no salt or oil for cooking. - Only one power outlet in the bedroom (you have to unplug the bedside lamp to charge your phone).

It was a scam.

Breakfast was not included.

She could clarify that it is not a hotel. Nowhere in the reservation process does it states that is an apartment and what its been booked is a room in a shared apartment. I should have read the reviews where people share the same opinion. This is some sort of scam because you book a room in a "Hotel" when you show up, security personnel tells you that the hotel you thought you book with doesn't exist and that what you booked is an apartment room. We had not choice but to stay.

Not what we expected

The room was very small. I think it was cozy enough for 1 or 2 nights. The wifi was good, and I think given that there is a lot of natural light, it is comfortable. I think had this been as advertised, it would have been wonderful.

The check in process was a humongous headache. We were turned around several times before finally starting the check in process, only for them to withhold our passports. Once checking in, we realized it was actually a shared apartment. This wasn't clearly stated in the booking, so we were surprised upon arrival that there were other people staying there that had piles of dirty dishes in the sink. The bathroom is shared and not private. The booking also states that there is free breakfast, but there is no breakfast provided. It was also weird because in order to use the fitness room, you need to make an appointment in advance. Not only that, but there was no access to the pool or rooftop advertised...

The place was clean, and had good location.

The bed was comfy but when I booked my room I never found the place where it said the toilet was shared and because of COVID they do not provide breakfast anymore. The toilet is shared for some rooms!!!! No breakfast!!! Also the only plug close to the bed was behind it and was unaccessible, my husband had to use a portable battery to charge his cell phone. Also the bedside lamp had no bulb and was not plugged to anything. The sliding door to the balcony doesn’t work properly so you can’t really lock it.

Insatisfecho por qué a los inquilinos no les hicieron cumplir sus reglas un lugar bonito pero el hecho de compartir área

El cuarto es muy bueno, el baño y la cocina es compartido y es muy bueno, la cama muy cómoda

El control de la tele es malísimo era imposible de atender, son 3 cuartos que comparten las partes en común dentro del departamento nos hacen firmar una lista que debemos seguir por ejemplo nada de ruido y correr después de las 10 en mis 3 días tuvimos a una familia con bebés llegaba todos los días a las 11 y los bebés corrían dentro de sus cuartos y en el área común hasta altas horas d ela noche nunca hicieron caso mi estadía fue del 13 al 17 de noviembre de 2025

Sólo tenemos un poco más de accesibilidad al inmueble, pero de ahí en fuera todo está increíble.

el lugar tiene una excelente vista y cuenta con gran seguridad para los que se hospedan ahi, sin lugar a dudas volveria a alojarme en este lugar ya que el costo de la zona es increible, hay muchos negocios por la zona, y en general el espacio es muy comodo cuenta con varias amenidades para viajeros (cocina, comedor sala)

los puntos negativos son el acceso que dependes de alguien para entrar, si eres una persona que sale y entra a cada rato es frustante, en mi caso salia y entraba una vez al dia, no me afecto mucho, otro punto a considerar es que es un espacio compartido por lo que hay areas de uso comun como sala, cocina y baño, hay quienes no les agrade esta parte para que lo tomen en cuenta.

Puntos ha tomar en cuenta Rentas solo 1 cuarto,no solo todo el departamento, tuvimos que compartir El departamento con otras personas de los cuartos restantes No se nos dio la contraseña del Internet Solo 1 cuarto tenia abanico Siempre para entrar se requiere que la residente te escolte a tu entrada. No tienes libre acceso a las instalaciones

Excelente, aunque es departamento compartido

La anfitriona se portó muy amable en todo momento, incluso me regaló un analgésico porque me dolía mucho la cabeza y no quería salir a la farmacia.

En la publicación no se menciona que es un departamento compartido; sin embargo, no fue un problema porque yo era la única hospedada, pero hay que tener en cuenta que puede haber otras personas. Eso sí, el baño es privado.

La ubicacion estuvo insuperable, mi viaje era a un concierto en Pepsi center y esta a la vuelta de la manzana, cerca tambien hay plazas y donde comer, la ubicacion esta increible.

el Departamento tiene 2 cuartos mas que rentan aunque tu hayas rentado uno y no me informaron que habia alguien mas, como no tiene AC dormi con la puerta abierta y vi como pasaba una chava en la mañana. Tambien necesitas que alguien salga a abrirte cada que sales, la persona siempre estuvo al pendiente pero aun asi no es del todo comodo.
