Roomy, clean, comfortable & peaceful accommodation. On-site parking. Location within easy walking distance of Town Centre. Wifi. Home-made scones, prosecco, coffee machine & pods.
Nothing really. Having the bedroom upstairs with different levels of steps & with the bathroom downstairs was not easy for us to negotiate but wouldn't be a problem for the more able.

Everything! Perfect location for visiting family in North Devon. Near local shops but you feel a world away in a secluded spot. Even better was the host Tj, brilliant communication and accommodating to all our needs. Would highly recommend for a stay in the area. Oh and Prosecco left for us when we arrived, so thoughtful

Facilities were good in property but the stairs were a problem for my partner as she has arthritis and her mobility is poor. Also having to come downstairs during the night to use the toilet/bathroom was an issue.

We loved the spectacular garden with a pond, outdoor furniture and a wide variety of stunning plants, flowers and scented roses.
The huge fireplace reminded me of my childhood home which was sweet.
Little touches such as flowers on the table, a generous welcome basket, milk and chilled water in the fridge were a welcome sight. Make up removal pads and tissues on the dressing table a thoughtful add, too.
We played some of the huge selection of games and particularly enjoyed the 'Yes No' game which challenged my daughters very literal brain! 😀
Everything was clean and really a home from home ( but a lot tidier!)
We would have like an oven glove for ease - I tend to cook from fresh a lot so it would have been useful. No biggie, though!
