L'appartamento si è presentato come un monolocale. Molto carino ed accogliente, con un giardino esterno che per l'estate è perfetto per prendere anche il sole. Molto positivo è stato avere il parcheggio privato all'interno.
La pulizia dell'appartamento è stata un po' carente ed non erano presenti neanche le attrezzature per procedere da soli alla pulizia. La caldaia si è rotta una sera e non ci è piaciuto assolutamente il comportamento della proprietaria in quanto ci ha lasciato senza acqua calda fino al giorno successivo, non preoccupandosi di inviarci un tecnico o venendo lei stessa, in quanto era a cena fuori.
