L’appartamento è arredato molto bene, per i miei gusti. Vicino a vari servizi. Terrazzo stupendo e molto ben isolato. Piccolino ma veramente grazioso.
Le poche informazioni ricevute, dalla consegna delle chiavi, al funzionamento della tv e del riscaldamento (che non funzionava). Non troppo funzionante l’acqua calda. Nessuna informazione per la differenziazione dei rifiuti.

It was clean and tidy
There is no on-site parking. There’s only street parking.
The next day I’ve been contacted by either the host or the co-host insinuating the apartment was flooded. After a couple of exchanges, since I suggested A) it was impossible and B) to use the proper channel (i.e. Booking.com) to make any claim everything went quiet.
It felt very much like an attempt to extort some money out of the guests. I had the impression they have done it before.
They never provided any photo - which it is very odd.
