COLD, NOISY, DAMP

Leaving!

Shower didn't work, property was cold, smelt damp. The fridge smelt funny. Massive puddle of water outside door, no spot light outside. Entrance for car was extreme narrow, on second night someone in apartment upstairs was extremely loud. Dustbin and all rubbish bags at front of property an eye sore!

Lovely flat in central Ashby!

Flat was clean and on the high street with easy access to local bus routes. Simple key collection. Lovely decor throughout.

Very basic kitchen food supplies, and the salt shaker was empty!

Parking access was very limited, I have a van which wouldn't fit through the very narrow access. A small car would be ok but anything larger will struggle.

Everything you need in kitchen.

Bedroom heater faulty. Shower not very good. Shower head needs replacing and shower rail not good. It does say parking at rear. There is parking if you only have small vehicle to get to it.!!! Very narrow entrance. Otherwise have to find parking on street or on side street.! Very busy streets!

Disappointing

Kitchen fit for use. There is parking but it’s extremely tight (had to fold wing mirrors in) but plenty on street.

WiFi didn’t work which was fairly important due to staying for work. On arrival the tv wasn’t working, found the tv Ariel in a cupboard and managed after some trying to tune it. The whole building seems to be on a cold water tank, that if other residence have used you are left without hot or cold water.

the apartment was lovely.just the right size for me. comfortable and well equipped. only down side was no where to hang washing on sunny days

there was nothing not too like. well except for the sirens on friday night
