Communication issues
The flat is in very good state and well looked after. Very good value for money. We had a lovely stay in there.
The communication with the host could be a lot better. When we arrived to the address provided by booking.com we could not reach anyone regarding the code for the box so we could open the front door. We sat outside of the property for over 2 hours as nobody was answering the phone or responding to our messages. We ended up calling the customer service on booking.com trying to get them to contact the host and help us to get inside. Finally after 2 hours and number of phone calls and messages sent we managed to get the response we were looking for. In the future all relevant information should be given out to people straight after the booking gets confirmed by the Web site to avoid any situation like our one.

Enjoyed the stay as it was close to a lot of entertainment for kids.
The property is in a very quite location, but walking distance to the town.. There's plenty of parking in the area.. Contactless check in and check out made things more convenient.. It's a new property and the owner assured they are sorting out any teething issues.
There's no free WiFi, but there's an option to top up the WiFi to use during your stay.

Not great for sleeping.
The property was clean.
The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Double beds were small and with awful mattresses that you could feel the springs and dipped in the middle. The bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a much larger and better bed. The property had no tea towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper. While there the temperature was very high and there was no fan for relief.
