部屋に洗濯乾燥機が付いておりとても便利。 コンパクトながら家具やキッチン用品が揃っており数日滞在するうえで快適だった。 近くにスーパーや飲食店もあり生活に困らなかった。 バス停も近くにあり出掛けるのに楽だった。 チェックイン時点で暖房を入れてくれていたので暖かかった。

チェックアウト時に要清掃であることは気を遣った。 小さな虫がたくさんいた。 キャンドルがたくさんあってごちゃごちゃした印象を受けたので、もう少し減らしたほうが良さそう。 チェックイン(鍵の受け取り方法)については事前に連絡をもらえたが、チェックアウト(鍵の引き渡し方法)はチェックイン後に案内があったので不安だった。 ※チェックアウトは、鍵を室内に置いておくだけでok。 ※チェックインは、自分たちの場合は近くのピザ屋が指定されており宿から100mくらい離れている。

A foglaláskor / foglalás előtt nem kaptunk tájékoztatást, hogy kiköltözès előtt magunknak kell takarítani. Teljes porszívózás / felmosás / törölgetés / WC / konyha takarítás stb. különben ~ 70 euró plusz díjat számolnak fel.

Absolutely unfitted for 4 person stay.

Location for two adults was great. Good public transport connection, etc. The apartment is well equipped with appliances.

The apartment is very small, there is no place where to put your things like luggage. The bedsheets weren't ironed at all, so it looked and felt like somebody have already slept in it before. The advertised microwave was missing. Owner's attitude. After reservation the owner sends you a message in Finnish only (if you dont ask for english yourself). At the very end of the message there is a set of 10 rules, which if you break, you will get a penalty that will be deducted from your card thru booking. The penalty starts somewhere around 500€. The last 10th rule says that you are required to do final extensive cleaning of the apartment by yourself (vaccuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathroom, using special cloths for doornobs, etc.). You will get the greeting when you arrive either by a poster with required chores by the door in the hall or by the awfull odor that reeks from a special cabinet for the cleaning stuff. I bet by this time you are as speechless as we were. The bonus to this is, that if you dont want to do the final cleaning yourself (as who would on a vacation!) you can pay an extra 69€ and order it from the owner. If you dont do any of those you will get a fine for breaking the rule (500€) + fine for no final or insufficient cleaning (240€) and at the top of that pay the cleaning company about 46€/hr. Well guess what dear people, not only we felt missled by the owner because non of this was concluded in the info prior to the reservation, the owner has no right to require any payment like this from you as was confirmed to me by Booking by phone and also by assuring message. I feel like this is a scam on customers! Last but not least - how can you be comfortable in such an apartment if you dont have any assurance that it was professionally cleaned before your arrival and not only quickly swept by another pissed customer before you? It would be a good gesture if the owner apologized for such an uncomfortable stay. What a stress!
