Beautiful top-floor apartment in central Tampere

Stay in our bright, beautifully furnished top-floor apartment in the heart of Tampere with stunning city and lake views. This stylish home offers a peaceful retreat above the city while being just steps from shops, restaurants, events, and public transport.

Large windows open up beautiful views over the city skyline and nearby lake, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the apartment. Being on the top floor means more privacy, less noise, and a calm place to relax after a busy day in the city.

The separate kitchen is compact, but has everything for a home-cooked meal. The kitchen also has a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have great views too, the smaller one has two 80cm wide single beds and the master bedroom has 160cm bed, which is very comfortable. The large living room is the heart of the apartment with dining area and lounge for those movie moments.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the house rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay without refund.

🤫 Quiet hours must be observed to respect other residents: from 22:00–08:00 every day. Reasonable noise levels are expected at all times. Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. If we receive complaints from neighbours or the housing association, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will result in a €3000 charge.

🚭 Smoking, vaping, or any similar activity is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any indoor or shared areas of the building. Smoking is allowed only outdoors in the yard. Cigarette butts must not be left on the ground. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a minimum charge of €1500.

🐶 Pets are not allowed in the apartment to keep the apartment allergy free for all guests.

👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a common cultural practice in Finland, helps reduce noise, and protects the apartment.

👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional charge of €50 per person per night will apply.

🚪 Main entrance doors are always locked. Please close all doors carefully and do not let unknown persons into the building. Doors to common areas must always remain locked.

🏢 Do not leave any items in hallways, stairwells, or evacuation routes at any time.

🧳 Leaving luggage in the building or common areas before check-in or after checkout is not allowed. The railway station has the closest luggage storage options.

🧺 Please close the water supply taps of the washing machine and dishwasher after each use. Any leaks or water-related issues must be reported immediately.

🚗 Parking in the yard is not permitted. There are plenty of street parking spaces around the area (paid).

🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy during your stay. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, the full cost of cleaning or repairs will be charged to the guest.

🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you remain in the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €20 per hour will be charged. If the cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will apply. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay.

🛠 Any damages or disturbances must be reported immediately. The guest is fully responsible for compensating any damage caused during the stay.
