The building was completed in the 1890s and is part of the historic buildings in the centre of Tampere. The apartment is located in the heart of Tampere, on the edge of the central square. In the centre of Tampere you will find all the services, restaurants and shops you need. Although the building is historic, it has been completely renovated in 2022, both inside and out.
You can park your car free of charge in the building courtyard.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2022. The apartment is a 59,5m2 big one-bedroom-apartment with one 160cm wide bed in the bedroom and one 140cm wide bed in the living room. There is also one sofa bed (140cm wide bed) in the living room. The apartment has a modern and cosy interior. The apartment is very quiet because of the thick walls. The views from the apartment are to the beautiful courtyard of the building. There is a private sauna for you to use in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and with a washing machine.
The apartment is located right in the centre of Tampere. However, the apartment is not disturbed by city noise, as it is an old stone house and the entrance to the apartment is in a locked courtyard and the windows also face the courtyard.
