Cosy atmosphere, but there is another building that has the “stunning” view - in check in instruction it was mentioned it is rarely used but it was rented out when we were there so it felt a bit strange considering the small distance between the cabin and the main house
Fireplace is of course a prominent feature but no wood was prepared for guests to use? It was end of June and it was hardly warm in the cabin…
Cabin has no WiFi - we understand 4g is available in Norway but for modern day travel lack of WiFi feels strange especially if you want to use the laptop
Cabin should also clearly mention that bedrooms are upstairs and you have to climb really narrow stairs to get there - anyone with injuries actually wouldn’t be able to do it. It’s of course very charming but information upfront would have helped.

Great location as a starting point for hikes or reaching a place at the west coast within a few minutes for seeing the sunset (in case the wheather conditions allow so), located in the middle of the lofoten so trips to the west or east are possible, leknes is within 30 minutes drive relatively close
in case of ongoing rain for a couple of days (which is not that unlikely) a bit more comfort (WLAN, small TV) would be nice (especially for longer stays), a place / small cupboard to store your clothes would also be an improvement

It's a confortable cabin
We made a reservation for a "cozy cabin with stunning view". We easily found the cozy cabin but never found the stunning view. The view is beautiful from the owner house but not from the cabin.
It was a "cozy cabin in a nice garden". We were very disappointed, that's not what we wanted.
