Great location and good communication from the host. Lovely property and well appointed. Comfortable beds and well cleaned.
There were few points that were more frustrating: there needs to be proper ironing board, there is a small table top board but not much padding and difficult to iron larger clothing items. there is short term parking outside (1hr) the property but it was always full throughout our stay. the long stay carpark is across the river and therefore is not overly convenient. The significant issue for us was the 9am checkout to allow the cleaning coming in. This made our Sunday morning very rushed and if we had made a note of this at the time of booking, we would have probably unfortunately looked elsewhere, which is a shame as this is really a lovely place to stay.

Good location for easy walk into Looe. Two of the four bedrooms have a beautiful view of the river from the beds! Lovely big downstairs kitchen which was well equipped. Pretty and cosy front living room also on this level. Comfortable beds. Lovely decoration throughout.
The double bedroom to the rear of the property was pretty but had very dark lighting which could perhaps be easily improved? The en-suite to the double bedroom at the top of the house - up stairs from the bedroom - is a beautiful bathroom but does not have a door so is not as private as we would have wished.

Lots of room (and rooms!) kitchen facilities very good, well equipped, and all nicely furnished. Great location for town. Instruction e-book very useful.
Accessibility could have been an issue. Properties set back from the road on a high terrace with step access only. For doors fitted throughout (pretty much every door) are very heavy and (sorry but) had to be wedged open with bags so that our kids could reliably open them without injury. Property temperature fluctuated a fair bit with some upstairs rooms being exceptionally stuffy. We didn’t use the master bedroom in part for that reason, but took a cooler one downstairs.
