Todo está lindo. Limpio. Cómodo. El personal increíblemente atento. Tiene lavadora y donde colgar tu ropa. Pero lo mejor es la ubicación. El lugar es de lo más bonito. Súper recomendable.

Que hay que caminar con maletas y subir escaleras para llegar. Llevábamos un auto grande que no cupo en el aparcamiento y llevábamos mucho equipaje.

Ubicado en el centro histórico al lado De la Iglesia muy agradable la zona. La anfitriona muy amable y accesible a lado hora de quedar. Nos ha gustado muchísimo.

Hay muchas escaleras para llegar a la playa pero reservando el parquing y bajando con coche se soluciona. Es un puntazo tener el parking imprescindible. Lo recomiendo.

Altea is often (and rightly) called the Santorini of Spain. A charming old town with narrow streets and blue doors. This stylish apartment is just 20 meters from the heart of it all (the church & terraces). Inside, you won’t notice the hustle and bustle at all – instead, you’ll have plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, good air conditioning, and a kitchen with everything you need. There’s no private balcony, but you can sit right outside on the little platform, watch the tourists stroll by, and take their selfies. After 11 p.m., when the town quiets down, we loved heading out for a last cocktail at one of the many cozy terraces just 20 seconds away. Aranzazu and her sister are fantastic hosts. They welcome you personally and reply super quickly to any message. Real hospitality, just the way it should be. The apartment is located about 40 meters above the pebble beach. Since most tourists stay outside of town and only come in the evenings, the beach is usually pretty calm. The sea gets deep quickly, and the pebbles can be a bit rough on your feet, so don’t forget your water shoes. The seafront boulevard is lively but nothing like the big crowds in Benidorm. All in all: highly recommended if you want to stay in Altea’s old town and don’t mind a bit of stair climbing – it’s actually great for your fitness.

There is a parking spot under the apartment, but it’s very tight because you also have to make a U-turn on a tiny square to get out. With a rental car you’re not familiar with, I found that tricky. In the end, after dropping off the groceries, I opted for the large free parking lot at the sports park, which is about a 15-minute walk away. I didn’t really need the car much after that anyway.
