Alejado de la playa, pero muy cerca del casco antiguo. Habitaciones amplias. Cocina súper bien equipada. Una piscina pequeña, pero agradable. La limpieza muy buena. Dos baños y un aseo impecables. Una terraza preciosa desde donde observar las cúpulas azules de la iglesia, cenar, tomar una copa... El parking, algo imprescindible en esta zona de Altea.
Cierto es que en algún momento la dueña se puso en contacto conmigo por teléfono, pero habría agradecido haber sido atendido en persona en algún momento, hasta el chat de WhatsApp era un chatbot.
Otro ejemplo: la recogida de llaves en un establecimiento cercano, a unos 350m de la casa, para el que había que teclear un código y pasar a un cubículo con una gran pantalla en el que hacía un calor inhumano.

We enjoyed our stay in Altea. This apartment on 2 floors was very spacious and right in the center of town, close to everything. The building has a heated pool - yet very small - and is well maintained.
We would have appreciated a bit more commodities, as the ones provided were scarce, for example we only had 2 small round hand soaps for 5 days for our family of 5 (nothing for the shower like body soap or shampoo), no kitchen garbage bag and 2 dishwasher pods.
In addition, the bedroom on the corner was noisy at night due to the garbage? trucks and people being very loud on the street.

Het dakterras was fantastisch! Het appartement was heerlijk schoon en goed uitgerust. Dichtbij het prachtige oude centrum van Altea.
Als we dan iets moeten zeggen dan zijn het de volgende tips:
- Een extra set theedoek + vaatdoek was fijn geweest
- Legplanken in de kledingkasten
- De deur van de wc boven gaat niet goed open.

One of the best options ever. Perefect for family of 5. Well equipped, wisely planned, parking. Location is superb - 5 min from the old town main square, and the old town is exceptionaly beautiful. 3 minutes from grocery store. We were visiting in the middle of March, so haven't used swimming pool or terrace, but these are great additions.
For family of five the hot water in showers ends too fast, so take this into consideration. The window soundproofing could be an issue for sensitive sleepers, wifi in further most bedroom sometimes wasn't strong enough. However, these are just tiny things and haven't affected the quality of our stay in general.
