Not that great so I won’t be booking this accommodation again

The location

They need to let people know how narrow the staircase’s are which made our stay a bit more challenging because I have a daughter who’s got a disability on top of that it needs to be highlighted that it’s on the 4th floor and not third floor. The sofa bed had a very bad smell of cigarette smoke as well

Good location but accomodation is a bit basic

Central location, clean

The key locker was broken, could therefore not access the nearby parking and caused a bit of hassle to get the key. Accomodation is located at the top floor and accessed via narrow stairs. Comes across as a bit student like.

Okay, but not fabulous.

The location was good. Lots of good bakeries in the neighbourhood. It was very quiet at night. And the roof terrace must be a main asset in nice weather.

The apartment wasn't very clean nor cosy. The bedlinen didn't smell very fresh. We had a problem with the parking space we paid extra for: we couldn't open the garage door (probably a problem with the remote). Unfortunately the owners were away and there was no one else to help us. As a result we had to drive around every evening for a very long time in order to find a parking space.

Good value stay for 2 couples who don't mind a little walk into town

Two nice double bedrooms with comfy beds and a nice eating/sitting area making it a good value option for 2 couples. Nice cafe down the road for breakfast.

It was a little far out from the centre but we knew that on booking. The flat was top floor and hence a lot of stairs, the last flight without a handrail, although the stairs were enclosed at this point.

A terrace with a view

Everything during our stay was great. The location was perfect: not too close to busy areas but still within walking distance from the old city. The rooms were small but with comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the view from the terrace. It was convenient to be able to use a parking space for our medium car in an underground garage for 20€ /night, 2 minutes walk from the apartment. For bigger cars the space is narrow.

Good

Location was perfect, so close to the downtown. Just 10 min walk. View from the terrace was amazing. Very friendly and fast responsive owner. Kitchen is well equipped. We found even coffee tablets.

Very narrow stairs. With small kids impossible to get on the third floor. Way to the terrace is not easy. I couldn't even imagine that it was on the roof. A lot of mosquitoes due to high humidity in the apartment. And not clean everywhere... unfortunately. Bed scheets also were grey instead of white.

Amazing property!!

Property had everything we could ever need. Was great to have the kitchen to be able to cook our own food to save a (little bit!) of money. The property was so clean and decor was lovely. The roof terrace was absolutely great, well worth going up the ladder for! Was literally perfect!!

Although definitely not a deal breaker for me, I think it would have been nice to know the property was the one at the top/the last door you get to. We tried our keys in every door as we weren't sure what door as there were no numbers. Also again not a deal breaker, but would have been good to know about the 4 flights of stairs.

It's a small, cosy apartment and the best part of it is the terrace although the stairs are narrow and steep.

I do not recommend it for car travelers as parking is not easy.

I’d highly recommend this flat for a stay in Antwerpen 😀

We loved everything about the flat, particularly the roof terrace. It’s well furnished, thoughtfully equipped - and good air conditioning unit too.

As others have said, it’s in the 4th floor, and the stairs are steep. Not easy to reach by public transport due to roadworks

Beautiful apartment!

That was the best choice to stay here. Much better than in the photos. And what a terrace! Each detail in it is made with the whole soul. We felt almost like at home! Thank you for such a warm welcome!

Fijn, knus appartement op een goede locatie in Antwerpen dichtbij MAS/kade.

Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, extra dekens, extra kussens. We waren met een gezin van 5, het was knus, maar niet te krap. Dichtbij de kade/MAS (<10min lopen) . Leuke bakker op halve minuut lopen! In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Comfortabel, bedden/slaapbank zijn oke. Prettig contact met de host bij vragen,

De steile trappen vielen toch tegen. Echt een klim. En omdat er minstens 10x schriftelijk wordt gewaarschuwd gelieve geen geluid te maken, voelt dat erg ongemakkelijk, zeker met (kleine) kinderen. Was echt en nadeel. Ook lag de hele weg op en was het appartement minder goed bereikbaar, daar waren we niet van op de hoogte gebracht. Ook sloot 1 dakraam minder goed, wat voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgde van buiten en tocht. Naar het centrum (chocolademuseum/Zoo/station) is 25min lopen

Super locatie. Ideaal voor kleine groepen, gezinnen of stellen. Tof dakterras om 's ochtends je kopje koffie te drinken of nog even na te borrelen 's avonds.

Zeer aangenaam kortverblijf gehad in centrum Antwerpen in een klein maar goed uitgerust appartement voor een topprijs!

Goede bedden, gezellig dakterras, goed voorziene keuken, aangename ligging, super dat je de staanplaats in de garage er kon bijhuren. Prijs-kwaliteit een absolute aanrader en zeer vriendelijk contact via de app!

Drukknop aan het toilet werkt niet goed, hier en daar wat kleine zaken die moeten hersteld worden.

Prima appartement. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Prima bedden, alles was heel schoon, keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien, in een rustige straat en toch midden in de binnenstad

Voor mijzelf een onbelangrijk onderdeel, maar uit nieuwsgierigheid toch even op het dakterras gaan kijken. Daarna was het nogal moeilijk de vlisotrap weer op te bergen.

Goede locatie, leuk dakterras maar helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie in het centrum. Gezellig ingerichte ruimte met een heerlijk dakterras! Goede communicatie met de host.

Er word ter plekke veel gewaarschuwd om ‘respect voor de buren’ te hebben en lawaai of overlast tot het minimum te beperken. Anders zou zelfs de politie gebeld kunnen worden. Uiteraard respecteren en snappen wij dat en als gezin met 3 kinderen hebben we ons echt rustig gehouden. (Schoenen uit, kinderen kalm houden) Dit weerhield de onderbuurman/vrouw er niet van om als een idioot steeds tegen zijn/haar plafond te gaan bonken om ‘stil te zijn’… terwijl wij gewoon normaal aan het ‘leven’ en communiceren waren. Echt bizar! Dit maakte ons verblijf echt onprettig en voelde we ons niet op het gemak. Op mijn beurt zou ik zeggen verhuur dit niet als locatie als je merkt dat gasten daar compleet ongewenst zijn… Tevens roken de handdoeken naar cigarrettenrook en leek de overweldigende parfumstekker te verbloemen dat er binnen gerookt werd… niet lekker!

Appartement en locatie is super, isolatie wat minder.

Appartement zelf was super! Ook zeker het dakterras erbij. Het is helaas alleen enorm luidruchtig, iedere keer als een van ons moest lachen moesten we elkaar erop attenderen weer stil te zijn ivm met een gefrustreerde buurman. Dat is toch best jammer als je op vakantie bent.

Een top verblijf op een top locatie met heel behulpzame eigenaren!

De ligging met dakterras was geweldig en maakte het een ideale uitvalsbasis om Antwerpen goed te verkennen.

Niet per se iets wat niet beviel maar helaas was het appartement erg gehorig en klaagde de onderbuurman vrij vlot bij het minste of geringste geluid.
