I highly recommend this house. It has everything you need and is close to other cities. The area is quite and the house is nice with its small vintage vibe.
Unfortunately, this time there were a lot of ants in the kitchen, but that didn’t have an impact on our stay, just thought I should mention it.

Lage ist für ruhigen Madeiraaufenthalt sehr gut.
Kamin war nicht nutzbar, Heizmöglichkeiten unzureichend. Kommunikation in Englisch nicht möglich.

Poloha ubytovania je skvelá, na noc sa tam perfektne ochladí vzduch a dobre sa spí. Napriek tomu je relatívne blízko do Funchalu aj Riberie Brava. Autom obe do 15 min. Súkromie je skutočne ako vo vlastnom dome, o susedoch ani neviete. Dom je kompletne vybavený, má dve spálne, obývačku, kuchyňu a kúpeľňu. Skvelá je majiteľka pretože máte k dispozícii práčovňu a môžete si nechať oprať veci.
Postele sú malinké, cca 140x180/190cm, pre vyšších ľudí to nemusí postačovať. Sú zároveň veľmi tvrdé.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Due to the remote location of the villa, the taxi from the airport cost €50. Two taxi drivers were unable to find the villa, even though they had put the address into their sat nav. One taxi driver spoke to the host on the phone and still couldn't find the villa. Taxis from the villa to Funchal cost €25. Their are no shops within walking distance.
