very bad experience before even staying!

the lady requested 500 euros deposit for a one night stay (54 euros)! how this possible??? I did not see this deposit while booking and I did not have this money to give it for deposit! I requested a free cancellation and she refused! so they like to take money from people without even staying there!!!

I will never book it again. she also requested 10 euros for an extra floating bed, which is mentioned in the booking I have this right for a free bed!

500€ deposit for a cheap stay is out of line.

Confortable beds and good heating.

Bad distribution, not very new. The requirement of 500€ deposit is disproportionate, especially for a one-night stay. Moreover, the tenant insisted too much on us transferring the money and did not want to give instructions as to how to access the apartment until the last hour.

Apartment is pretty big, two bedrooms

Deposit 500 euro. There was no information that you have to pay 10euro per each check-in and check-out if you want to pay deposit in cash. There was information there is a washing machine in the apartment (and we really count on it after 9 days on trip without possibility to wash our clothes) and there was none. Apartment is a bit dingy, lots of stuff has broken pieces (with that deposit we expected something better). No air-condition and there was pretty hot in the night

Fake Unterkunft

Die "Conciergerie" verlangte via Booking message eine Kaution von 500 Euro - und hat das Telefon nicht beantwortet... ein Schwindel! In der Message hiess es: die Schlüssel würden erst nach Einzahlung der Kaution vorbei gebracht.

Bin also ohne Übernachten zu können weitergefahren - wo kann man sich beschweren? Rückerstattung?

Je n'ai rien pu aimer car c'est une arnaque. 500 euros de caution à payer avant d'avoir les clés,c'est du jamais vu...

Grosse arnaque. Réservation annulé après avoir été contacté par le loueur pr verser une caution de 500 euros sur un compte perso ...remboursement à hauteur de 30% alors que j'ai annulé de suite après la découverte.

Zum Übernachten sehr gut, für längere Zeit wohnen etwas eng ☺️

Die Lage war sehr schön nah an der Innenstadt, Parkplätze in den Gassen rundherum gut zu finden. Eingerichtet war es mit vielen neuwertigen Sachen. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Concierge über den Chat bei booking.com.

Herd war nicht richtig sauber, im Kühlschrank war noch eine Flasche mit merkwürdig aussehendem Wasser, das Schlafsofa war recht schwierig aus- und einzuklappen, der Sofatisch sehr wackelig. Wir waren allerdings wegen Doppelbelegung auch im Appartement ein Stockwerk höher einquartiert (dann mit nur einem Schlafzimmer).

la personne à notre arrivée 19h m a dit qu elle n avait pas reçu la caution alors que j ai fait la démarche par pay pal le lundi et après un appel sur valence impossible de la joindre le deux téléphones mobile brusquement devenu MUET ,NOUS SOMMES DEUX PERSONNES AGEE 67 ANS ET 80 ANS ET VENIONS POUR UNE AG FFSS REGIONALE, avons eu besoin de retrouver en urgence d un site d hébergement ,inadmissible de la part de cette personne qui nous dit avoir contacte le propriétaire ce que je doute fort car elle nous a répondu très rapidement vous avez encaisse par pay pal la nuit ,somme perçu le 27 janvier,je demande le remboursement ?

la personnalité de la personne au téléphone est d une ,incorrection totale et j en passe,de plus la caution est de trop ,nous ne sommes pas des vandales et qu elle a régit de la sorte est inexcusable
