Good value for a one night stopover on a long journey

Nicely decorated. Lots of local information. Very well fitted out kitchen. You could stay here comfortably for a number of nights - we were only staying for one.

We were lucky to find on street parking right outside the property. It might not be so easy at other times.

Will recommence to live here and having some explore in Valence.

- The location is nice and it is free parking on the street. - To the center just by walking is fast and quite place for a night to sleep. - The bed is really soft, clean and comfortable.

- Sound insulation is not very good. Can hear the neighborhood a little bit. - If the lights can be warm colors, it'll feel more like home. But so far so good. At least it is already a quite appartement and not too far to center.

Bonjour quand j'ai réservé avec son propriétaire pour cette chambre, j'ai bien réservé et j'ai déplacé pour pour récupérer la clé pour rentrer mais il y a pas de code, il y a pas des clés le propriétaire. Il répond pas par téléphone plusieurs fois, je suis déçu.

Je réserve jamais avec ce propriétaire.

Pas le même logement que prévu sur les photos sale la climatisation, pas adéquate, ventilateur vétuste propreté de l’établissement sale cacahouète et mouchoirs près des tables de nuit.

Chaleur étouffante malgré une climatisation non adaptée sortie extérieur en laissant la fenêtre entrouverte Ventilateur vétuste Lavabo bouché Une éponge coûte 0,50 en moyenne Logement sale cacahouète et mouchoir utilisé derrière et dessous le lit J’ai réservé sur Booking.com et une fois le règlement effectué, la récupération des clés se fait uniquement après avoir déposé une caution de 500 €. Ce qui est un coup puisque ça a été débité et rembourser que deux jours après avec une retenue de 14,85 € abusé ! je ne recommande pas cet établissement Pour moi il s agit d’une vente abusive !

Annonce non conforme

J’ai pas apprécié, arrivé à l’adresse on ma re-diriger à une autre adresse le logement n’avais pas la même allure de celui que j’ai payé, plus une caution de 500€ que je trouve exagéré pour une nuit et surtout les frais de déplacement de la concierge qui pour moi est une grosse arnaque, en gros j’ai payer un logement pour une nuit de 52€ qui n’est pas celui de l’annonce + les frais de déplacement de la concierge de 35€ se qui me fait 87€ et une caution de 500€ donc je suis très déçu. Je ne recommande pas et c’est dommage et dernière chose l’hôte ne répond pas aux appels et c’est très pénible quand on cherche à avoir des informations. J’aurait souhaité de la part de l’hôte un geste commercial pour le changement de logement subit au moin enlevé les frais de déplacement de la concierge.

Nous avons loué cet appartement mais nous en avons eu un autre, un studio sans qu'il nous est donné d'explication malgré notre signalement.... La caution de 500 euros à donner sinon pas de location ni de remboursement pas mentionnée dans l'annonce.... L'emplacement qui donne sur la rue .. l'appartement pas insonorisé.... Un rat dans les combles.... Il y a un appareil dans l'appartement, un repousse rat... Le clic clac pas confortable.... Pas de Netflix.... Et le lit pas confortable non plus...place de Parking compliqué à trouver... Dommage...

NB: Stedet krever depositum

Vi bestilte stedet på ettermiddagen og skulle ankomme på kvelden. Men der var ingen til å ta imot oss, og ingen svar når vi forsøkt å ringe verten. Så oppdaget jeg at det var kommet en mail om at vi måtte betale 500 euro i depositum for å bo der. Det hadde vi ikke mulighet til på så kort varsel. Vi forsøkte å ringe verten flere ganger men kom bare til en telefonsvarer. Til slutt måtte finne en annen plass og bo og fikk heller ikke pengene tilbake. Det bør stå en advarsel på bestillingssiden om at stedet krever et stort depositum før man bestiller

Alerta, hi ha una fiança amagada a les condicions especials. I no permeten cancelar la reserva quan ho veus si no ho havies vist. Si no pagues per transferència, o PayPal, no et donen els codis per les claus. Dona molta desconfiança, però l'endemà mateix ens havien tornat per paypal la fiança.
