Do NOT stay here, you don't get a clear notification that you have to pay 300 euro deposit after you already payed for your stay. I had to find somewhere to sleep last minute, I payed for my stay but did not have enough money at the moment for the 300 euro deposit so she refused to let me sleep and also refused to refund me my money, so I had to sleep in the car. Horrible service and greedy person.

The requirement of a down huge payment that I had never experienced before. To be honest, I did not check the 'important information' section of the booking, so that is what I could do differently, but in all the years I used booking I never ever paid so much down payment. I am even pondering if I would ever do it again but that is a different question. Despite it being an (unnecessary) upgrade the host unexpectedly giving me a different apartment, without calling me directly, because he assumed I had a car which was not the case. This is not related to the host/apartment: Not sure if it is already there but I think booking.com can make an improvement in the list of rooms/apartments that are shown by also showing if a down payment is required (and how much).

Rien nous avons pas pu rentrer dans le logement car le propriétaire ne réponds pas au téléphone pour avoir les clés.

Aucune réponse du propriétaire donc pas de clés. Une vrai arnaque Après réservation la seule nouvelle qu’on a, c’est une demande de caution de 300e pour une nuit à 35e, malgré de nombreux appels, 0 réponses Nous avons du prendre un autre logement et donc re payer.

Bonjour quand j'ai réservé avec son propriétaire pour cette chambre, j'ai bien réservé et j'ai déplacé pour pour récupérer la clé pour rentrer mais il y a pas de code, il y a pas des clés le propriétaire. Il répond pas par téléphone plusieurs fois, je suis déçu.

Propriétaire pas sur place vieille maison .ils vous envoie un message pour régler une caution de 300 euros personne sur place pour voir état du lieu au cas que qquechose est défectueux remboursement que dans 7 jours pour une réservation de 37 e . Je voulais payer sur place en cash ils demande 35 de frais de déplacements c des arnaqueurs je voulais annuler 20 min après ma réservation Mme me rembourse que 30% de la location. A éviter
