Sewage smell

convenient location, well equiped

- wifi code was not available upon arrival despite a specific request prior to arrival - there was a terrible sewage smell that made this place very unpleasant to live in - the room deodoriser in the bedroom was a nice gesture but was not enough to mask the stench - this is a very dark apartment with virtually no natural light, it looks like what you’d get if you a transformed a windowless garage into an apartment - strictly no access to natural light in the bedroom - awkward design with toilet door opening into the meal preparation/consumption area

The apartment might be located in Guilherand-Granges but is a 10min-walk away from the center of Valence, you just have to cross the bridge!

Stylish apartment in great location.

Modern and stylish ground floor apartment which is in a great central location but still quiet. Parking is easy and close by and we were able to keep our bikes in the locked garage. Auchan close by. Biking through the park along the Rhone river a pleasure.

Lack of flow through ventilation. Particularly in the bed room. No window. Kitchen utensils need attention. No sharp knives for food prep.

Appartement bien situé, propre et bien décoré, bon confort, mais je regrette le manque de vue.

Pas de petit déjeuner

L'appartement n'avait aucune vue sur l'extérieur (petite terrasse fermée de tous les côtés, y compris le toit, ce qui rendait l'appartement un peu sombre.)

Appartement cocooning et très fonctionnel Tout y était pour se sentir comme à la maison En rez de chaussée et avec une petite terrasse couverte le tout parfait

Seul tout petit bémol : le sèche Serviette/chauffage de la salle de bains ne fonctionnait

Beaucoup de bruit à l’étage on attend tout malheureusement. Odeur d’urine de chat qui doit venir du dessus.

Die Wohnung war mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Alles hat funktioniert. Wohnung war ruhig.

Für einen kurzen Aufhenthalt ist die Wohnung OK, aber für längeren Aufhenthalt wegen eingeschränktem Tageslicht nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die direkte Lage von Wohnzimmer und Toilette ohne Entlüftung nach aussen ist nicht optimal.
