Appartement cocooning et très fonctionnel Tout y était pour se sentir comme à la maison En rez de chaussée et avec une petite terrasse couverte le tout parfait
Seul tout petit bémol : le sèche Serviette/chauffage de la salle de bains ne fonctionnait

La propreté des lieux, la superficie , l'absence de bruit
La configuration des lieux limite la luminosité. Ceci étant cela permet de rester dans un appartement agréablement frais lorsqu'il fait chaud

L'emplacement est sympa, la cuisine est relativement bien équipée, la salle de douche est correcte le wc séparé est appréciable, l'appartement est assez grand
La chambre est tout simplement invivable : - coincée entre un long couloir et la pièce de vie - pas de fenêtre et aucune aération - derrière un rideau, 2 boilers de 1.2 kW, soit une puissance calorifique de +/- 250 W dans la chambre - circuit de drainage des groupes de sécurité des boliers bricolés (contre-pente, étanchéité, pas de tampon caoutchouc) générant une réelle odeur d'égout dans la pièce, la canicule aidant, je n'ai su y dormir qu'une seule très courte nuit
