An ok little apartment.
Clean, safe neighbourhood, good WiFi coffee capsule machine, quality TV, shower hot and controllable. Kitchen basic but usable.
No plug in washbasin. Road noise, ants on surfaces (keep food wrapped), little daylight but good artificial lighting. Sheets an unpleasant nylon material and fitted sheet kept coming off. Location away from centre but buses available.

La situation géographique est parfaite pour un voyage d'affaire ou touristique sur Valence. Literie confortable et draps propres.
Je n'ai pas apprécié la très forte odeur d'égouts dans le logement durant mon séjour. De plus, le nettoyage de la cafetière et le détartrage de la bouilloire n'ont jamais été fait d'après moi. Une prise plus près du micro-ondes serait la bienvenue car le fil électrique est trop court et l'on doit mettre le four quasiment dans l'évier pour le brancher.

Excellente prestation à tous les niveaux
Le studio est parfaitement fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très confortable. La décoration est sympa et la literie d'un excellent niveau. On y trouve tout le nécessaire pour se doucher, faire la vaisselle et la cuisine. On peut facilement se garer devant . Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Poca llum natural. Per sort només el necessitàvem per dormir. Si haguéssim hagut de passar estones hagués estat massa perit i poc iluminat.
