Maria’s home with Terrace, close to the Beach

L’atmosfera della struttura era coinvolgente e accogliente . La casa aveva 2 camere da letto e una cucina ben fornita, uno splendido giardino ventilato e si respirava un clima di vero relax.

Forse qualche piccola manutenzione in più, ma nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e molto comodi.

The kitchen was the best. Very well equiped with spices and oven and all tools you need.

As someone that loves to cook, I always need my knifes to be sharp. The knifes were quite doll and there was no knife sharpener. I would be great if there was one next time

It was lovely to stay at Maria’s home! Nikos was exceptionally helpful over whatsapp and Maria was so kind and helpful next door as well. We felt truly immersed in Kos culture staying there and will definitely be back!

This property is on the outskirts of Kos town, only a few minutes walk to the beach but it feels like you are in the countryside. The outside area is lovely overlooking the hosts sister's garden. Perfect for outside lunches. There are two bedrooms with the living area/kitchen and bathroom in between. It is well equipped and everything works well. The air conditioning doubles as a heater, needed when we stayed. There is also a good supply of cleaning products and bedding. Communication with Nicos after arrival was good and he provided helpful information about restaurants which were open and places to visit etc

Not a problem for us, but it is a good 25 minute walk into the centre although there are a couple of nearer supermarkets. There are also many nearer restaurants but none of those nearest were open in early April. Communication prior to arrival was with a booking company who did not seem to communicate with the host. This led to initial confusion about when we could check in. However it was all OK in the end and we were able to check-in early.
