The location was excellent, very clean, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. After check-out, there was a well-organized system to securely store our luggage inside the building, which was extremely convenient. The sincerity and helpfulness of the cleaning staff were also truly valuable.
This is not a complaint, just a small suggestion: it would also be nice to have some international TV channels available.

The property is clean and in a great central location. You have a lot of the things you need which is great. We found small dessert spoons and tea spoons missing from our apartment and it would have been helpful to have those. The host is very communicative and responds fast and is flexible, which we appreciated.
Missing tea spoons and dessert spoons. Not the hosts fault but parking was extremely problematic. The water pressure and time it took to get hot wasn’t great but wasn’t a deal breaker. I really think they need to change the two single beds into ones that can be configured into a double, it was uncomfortable sleeping as a couple in this way. As others have suggested, a smart TV or options for international channels would be great. The reason why I rated this place lower is due to the significant noise from early hours of the morning from the cleaners each morning. It was extremely inconsiderate and kind of rude to be banging things, speaking and shouting so loudly outside our property. We were there for a holiday and to feel well rested and honestly our mornings being so disturbed impacted and greatly. If you are not bothered by noise, the place is perfect but for us, unfortunately it was not.
