Great location and facilities. Everything felt pretty much new and worked well. Nice touches here and there, very convenient the luggage storage, and amenities.

A bit noisy, mostly from people staying and being loud. I stayed in the back building and they need to put some sort of damper for when the door closes. Some people just let it go and makes a lot of noise

Amazing value for money. Right in downtown Frankfurt. Self check in was smooth. The room had everything we needed. There was a tap at the lobby with drinking water which was handy. Coffee was tasty.

When we arrived the shower gel ran out and wasn’t refilled on time.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved the kitchenette, especially having a dishwasher. The self-service facilities, including the laundry area, were very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was great.

The main issue was that the room description on Booking.com was somewhat confusing. There were two room types listed: "Studio Apartment" and "Studio Apartment without Air Conditioning." We booked the Studio Apartment that did not explicitly mention "without Air Conditioning," so we naturally assumed it would include air conditioning. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning. Another issue was that our room window was broken and could not be fully closed. We contacted the chatbot, and the staff promptly called to offer us a room change. Since the room had no air conditioning anyway, keeping the window open was not a major concern for us, so we decided to stay.
