The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved the kitchenette, especially having a dishwasher. The self-service facilities, including the laundry area, were very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was great.

The main issue was that the room description on Booking.com was somewhat confusing. There were two room types listed: "Studio Apartment" and "Studio Apartment without Air Conditioning." We booked the Studio Apartment that did not explicitly mention "without Air Conditioning," so we naturally assumed it would include air conditioning. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning. Another issue was that our room window was broken and could not be fully closed. We contacted the chatbot, and the staff promptly called to offer us a room change. Since the room had no air conditioning anyway, keeping the window open was not a major concern for us, so we decided to stay.

Relation benefit-cost - location is amazing.

Although I love the concept that everything is on line, and almost no personnel, I think we are not 100 % ready yet for that , communication is very good but to cover the gap of lack of personnel, it needs to be even better. No complains , online personnel was super useful, just my opinion
