Matrosenkoje 31 – Wiederholungsfaktor null.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war unnötig kompliziert: Der Schlüssel befindet sich nicht an der Unterkunft, sondern in einer separaten Box an einem anderen Ort – inklusive schwieriger Parkplatzsuche und zusätzlichem Schleppen des Gepäcks. Beim Eintreten steht man in einem schmalen Flur mit einem abgesessenen und leicht schmutzigen Sofa, davor ein kleiner wackeliger Tisch. Alles wirkt insgesamt ungemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist winzig. Inakzeptabel ist der Umgang mit Gästen: Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails und zwei Telefonaten wurde mir die benötigte Rechnung nicht zugeschickt - wenngleich es beim letzten Anruf hieß, „Ich kümmere mich darum“. Passiert ist jedoch nichts.
